2 MISSION Wheat tortillas with cereals
100g ripe strawberries
30g icing sugar
Grind chopped strawberries until smooth. Then strain through a sieve to discard the seeds.
Add strawberry puree to the pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Stirring constantly, cook mashed potatoes for 15 minutes. Then put in a bowl and let it cool.
Take the MISSION wheat cake and cut 4 equal segments (almost square).
Fold each small segment and glue the two opposite pointed ends using water.
Grease with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
After set aside for cooling.
Add mashed potatoes from the refrigerator, whipped cream, powdered sugar to the mixer bowl.
Beat at high speed until cream.
Fill the cannoli cream and sprinkle with dark chocolate syrup for an extra flavor.
