Chief Human Resources Officer, Gruma Europe
Mohammed Saeed is Chief Human Resources Officer of Gruma Europe with responsibility for HR and internal communications across both Mission Foods and Azteca Milling.
Mr Saeed has held a number of senior international HR roles in multinational branded organisations including Thomson Reuters and Barclays. He holds a MSc from the University of Westminster and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
He lives in London, England.
Sales Director UK & Ireland, Mission Foods
Mike Hackney is Sales Director, UK & Ireland of Mission Foods.
He has held a number of senior sales roles in the Food industry including Findus Group and Rank Hovis.
Mr Hackney spent his early career with Northern Foods. He lives in London, England.
European Supply Chain Director, Mission Foods
Simon Quince is Supply Chain Director of Mission Foods. Mr Quince joined Mission Foods in 2009 having held a number of positions at Heinz, Danone and Mars Incorporated over where he worked for 18 years.
Before Mars Incorporated he was with Rolls Royce where he completed his graduate training. Mr Quince graduated from Durham University in Engineering. He lives in London, England.
Manufacturing Director, Mission Foods Europe
Ron Demandt is Manufacturing Director of Mission Foods Europe. He joined the company in 2004 as part of the acquisition of Ovis Boske by Gruma.
At Ovis Boske Ron held a number of positions including Operations Director.
He Lives in Roermond, The Netherlands.
Sales Director Continental Europe
Didier Lambert is sales director, Continental Europe of Mission Foods.
Mr Lambert joined Mission Foods in 2008 from Danone where he held a number of senior commercial roles including 15 years in Latin America.
He lives in Paris, France.
Managing Director – NDF Azteca Milling Europe
Sergio Rama is Managing Director of NDF Azteca Milling Europe. Mr Rama was Vice President of Grandi Molini Italiani where he held a number of international roles over 13 years.
He graduated from the University of Padova, Italy in Agricultural Sciences.
He lives in Venice, Italy.
