Working as part of the Customer Services Team supporting business areas based at the Coventry site.
Raise invoice when goods have been despatched, after amending delivery note if necessary.
Organise transport and relevant export documentation
Raise delivery note and transmit to shipping point, verifying batch number and monitor process to ensure customer needs are met.
Check stock availability and notify haulier as appropriate, according to whether frozen or ambient and country of destination.
Receiving sales orders by email, fax, EDI and phone. Identify material number(s), quantities and supplying depot and enter onto SAP.
To ensure customers' orders are fulfilled accurately and on time using all available tools at their disposal to ensure the order is processed and delivered correctly through effective communications and management of expectations.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and taking appropriate action to maintain and improve service levels.
Ensuring our values are demonstrated through proximity in the support of the Retail and Out of Home Team with requests and enquiries.
To provide a pro-active approach to the prevention of equipment failure and ensuring the schedule PM is carried out as planned.. Ensuring Quality, waste and efficiency targets are met by working as an integral part of the manufacturing team. Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Principal purpose of role:
•Drive commercial growth by discovering new technical opportunities and building them into new or existing products that provide competitive advantage for Mission Foods
•Inspire packaging strategies and develop them into market leading solutions
•The role encompasses certain aspects of the NPD process from concept to launch, including: blue sky innovation, commercial viability, cost reduction and building closer customer working relationships, supporting internal & external customers
•To promote inter-site dialogue, knowledge share and develop Best Practices within day to day activities
•To ensure the smooth flow of New /EPD packaging from concept to launch
•To initiate and oversee packaging projects across a number of functions/wider business
Principle purpose of role:
•Primary aim is to manage projects to on time successful conclusion, and to meet profitability targets
•The role encompasses certain aspects of the NPD process from concept to launch, including: blue sky innovation, commercial viability, cost reduction, organising trials, artwork approval, cost cards, and building closer customer working relationships, supporting internal & external customers
•Key Management of critical paths for NPD projects. All new and improved products launched satisfactorily on time
•A primary day-to-day point of contact on general NPD both internally and with customers
•Project Delivery Manager will be aligned to customer business requirements
•To promote inter site dialogue, knowledge share and develop Best Practices within day to day activities
Principal purpose of role:
•Responsible for setting the Environmental, Health & Safety agenda for the site.
•Maintain current H&S standards and lead implementation of the Mission Foods EHS Standards, to build a “health and safety first” culture at site ensuring compliance with local Health and Safety Legislation.
•As the facility Health & Safety lead you will be the expert on all EHS related matters, coaching on relevant legislation and internal Environmental Health and Safety systems.
•Lead the H&S agenda with the local site management teams to drive the safety culture and to meet the respective site targets of risk management and accident reduction. Additionally the Job Holder is responsible for the reporting of KPIs and EH&S incidents to site leadership teams.
