Principal purpose of role

Principal purpose of role

Main tasks and responsibilities

Role Description

1. NPD pipeline
o Working with the Head of Marketing, create and screen concepts, to develop an on-going 3-5 year NPD pipeline for the Mission brand, outside the core area of wraps.
2. NPD launch management
o Work with the Project Manager and NPD teams to bring lead concepts to market.
o Take the lead on all marketing elements of the launches.
3. Brand management
o Day to day management of recently launched ranges outside wraps, to ensure they're monitored and long term success maximised.
o Trade marketing (includes bakery wraps)
o Working with external agencies, retailers, sales and marketing to develop and execute best possible in-store marketing activity for the Mission brand.
4. General marketing support
Admin support is shared amongst the team so exactly what will fall into this role is tbc but likely to include either managing marketing expenditure or Brandbank with some market data management (IRI and Kantar as well as other more ad hoc data sources).
