National Account Manager
Managing a retail portfolio including a Top 4 Major multiple/s
Full P&L responsibility for account portfolio
Maintain and enhance existing business and relationships
Gain profitable new business in existing and new categories
Work collaboratively with all relevant departments to achieve both the Customers, and Mission Foods objectives
Experience with at least one of the four major multiples is essential, preferably with Bakery or chilled categories
An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential
Our Head Office is based in Brentford London with a diverse customer base across the UK
Principal purpose of the job
To effectively manage all resources, within a safe & healthy environment, to consistently deliver the production plan, on time, to the required product safety & quality criteria, whilst maintaining high standards of housekeeping & hygiene and bettering or meeting budget requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
Previous food industry experience essential in an equivalent position
A Degree or HND standard of education
Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP if possible

Mission Foods Europe is currently looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to work on a continuous shift pattern based at our Seaham site. The role involves ensuring swift resolution of any plant breakdowns on the Seaham site and assist the Maintenance Manager in the completion of the Seaham site PPM schedule on a daily, weekly and annual basis
Shift Maintenance Engineer
To ensure that all faults/ breakdowns are dealt with immediately and that any plant downtime is kept to a minimum
To work with all functions as part of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient running of the equipment and carry out prioritised work as agreed
To comply with company policies, procedures and regulations and ensure these are followed to maintain the required standards
Order spare parts as required on shift if unavailable from stock and contact contractors/ suppliers as required in order to resolve problems on shift
To ensure all parts removed from stores while on shift are booked out of stores in the correct way
Where necessary, must initiate the purchase of parts or equipment completing the relevant order requisition forms with relevant information
Provide the lead engineer with information on all engineering downtime attended on shift, related quality issue, work order completed, PM's completed and other details as required
Identify and analyse potential production loss problems before they occur and either rectify or ensure action is taken to solve at the earliest opportunity
Qualifications & Skills
Electrical and/or mechanical qualifications/time served apprenticeship
Previous food processing industry experience highly desirable
2 years' experience of working in an automated production environment
Data and analytical skills
Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written
Desirable skills: PLC'S, pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature control, instrumentation, welding
