Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Brand planning. There are 2 key parts to our branded portfolio and the successful candidate will be involved in both.

a. Management of the Mission Deli brand. Although brand leader of the growing bakery wraps market, brand awareness and indeed understanding remains relatively low, which offers a huge opportunity for the right marketer to utilize their brand development skills, e.g.,

b. Communications – the successful candidate will be expected to manage part of our consumer and/or trade communication mix, be that social media, PR or advertising.

c. Strategic reviews – taking an area of opportunity, eg, product or retail sector and making recommendations on how Mission Foods can best capitalise on that opportunity. If appropriate, it would also incorporate leading that project through to ultimate execution.
